If you are interested in therapy services, please contact me to discuss availability and to determine if my therapeutic style will be a good fit for you. If it does not seem that I am a good match, I am more than happy to refer you to another local therapist. Please note that I do not bill through insurance. I accept cash and all major credit cards. *All payments are due at time of service.
Life can be unpredictable at times, and I can certainly understand if you need to cancel your appointment. However, it is important that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you will not be able to attend your session so that someone else may have that time. If you do not attend your appointment as scheduled and you do not provide at least 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full price of the session.
Why don't I accept insurance?
Typically insurance companies dictate the frequency and/or length of treatment while requiring release of confidential client information such as progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnosis which then becomes part of the client's permanent medical record. Paying personally for your care gives you maximum privacy with the flexibility to plan your treatment around your individual goals.

If you are experiencing an emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital or an emergency room for assistance. Lifeline is also available to Monroe County residents in the event of psychiatric emergency. Lifeline can be accessed by calling 211 or you can call Mobile Crisis by dialing 585-275-5151.
